We ship across India with trusted partners to deliver quality products at your doorstep.
1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
As a dropshipping store, we source directly from Indian suppliers. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and product availability.
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 5–8 business days
- Rest of India: 7–12 business days
These are estimates. Occasional delays due to holidays, weather, or logistics are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to prepaid orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes. A COD convenience fee of ₹49 is charged per order, regardless of cart value.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is a privilege offered to trusted customers. Please ensure someone is available to collect the package and make the payment. Repeated refusal or non‑acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facilities for your account.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking status to update. You can also track your order on our website under the "Track Order" page.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or customs/regulatory holds. In such cases, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and the order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
9. Incorrect Address & Returned Shipments
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing the order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you will be liable for re‑shipping charges (₹99) before we resend it. No refund will be issued for returns caused by customer error.
10. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy if applicable.
11. GST & Invoicing
All our prices are inclusive of GST. A digital invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent to your registered email address. You may use this invoice for warranty and tax purposes.
